摘要: In order to increase proportion of equiaxed grain billet and refine the solidification structure, physical analogue casting experiments have been carried out with 30% NH_4Cl aqueous solution ferritic stainless steel respectively. The results show that a large number fine crystal are formed on surface nucleus eradiation equipment cooling system while vibrating bar is inserted into solution. grains ejected molten pool continuously under action served as during solidification. higher intensity vibration frequency equipment, more grain, well smaller particle diameter. treated refrigeration could be increased up 80%.
