摘要: Abstract Homeobox A10 (Hoxa10) gene is one of the most important candidate genes associated with reproductive performance humans and mice. Overexpression Hoxa10 in mouse endometrium can increase litter size. Moreover, plays a key role regulating embryo implantation sows. This study aimed to generate transgenic pigs using via somatic cell nuclear transfer (SCNT). We established seven Hoxa10-transgenic lines, two lines were selected as donors for transfer. A total 1270 cloned embryos generated transferred five surrogate mothers (Landrace×Yorkshire). Eight male piglets produced including cryptorchidism. Six grew up healthy 56 offspring. Finally, we obtained six 26 positive offspring that be used further regulatory mechanism on pigs.
