摘要: Abstract The roughness of the surface resulting from a multiple-layer adsorption is treated as function temperature and supersaturation. It shown that supersaturation Δμ(i)v7, at which number vacancies admolecules i-th top-layer are equal, arithmetic mean equilibrium supersaturations Δμ(i)0 Δμ(i + 1)0 (i 1)-th layers respectively, contrary to three-dimensional phase, where Δμv7 Δμ0 identical (nil). further use origin for scale, leads reduced equations, permitting calculate easily free energy variations in stability range (Δμ(i)0
