摘要: We reviewed the evidence for emotion-related disturbances in anorexia nervosa (AN) from behavioural, cognitive, biological and genetic domains of study. These were brought together within framework an integrative neuroscience model that emphasizes role emotion feeling their regulation, brain organization. PsychInfo Medline searches performed to identify published peer-reviewed papers on AN each domain. This review revealed ‘Emotion’, ‘Thinking Feeling’ ‘Self-regulation’ span non-conscious conscious processes. An was then applied develop a AN, which hypotheses empirical investigation are generated. propose reflects core disturbance at earliest time stage information processing with subsequent effects later stages thinking, self-regulation.
