摘要: Objective Few studies of cognitive functioning in children and adolescents with anorexia nervosa (AN) have been conducted. The aim this study was to examine the neurocognitive intelligence profile clinical group. Method The a matched case–control (N = 188), multi-centre including AN (N = 94) healthy control participants (N = 94). Results The results suggest that Full Scale Intelligence Quotient (Wechsler for Children-III/Wechsler Adult Scale-III) patient group is close normal population mean 100. Individuals exhibited significantly worse performance nonverbal functions (i.e. Wechsler Scale-III, Perceptual Organization Index) verbal memory (Test Memory Learning—Second Edition, Stories) motor speed (Cambridge Neuropsychological Test Automated Battery, Simple Choice Reaction Time) compared participants. No significant difference set-shifting ability Intra-Extra Dimensional Set Shift Trail Making B) found. Conclusions Inefficiency specific found AN. © 2014 Authors.
