摘要: Studies published between the beginning of 2013 and May 2015 on neuropsychological functioning patients with anorexia nervosa compared healthy participants framed in context Research Domain Criteria matrix identifies evidence for functional differences three domains: Negative Valance Systems-negative attentional biases lack neural responsivity to hunger; Cognitive Systems-limited congruence clinical cognitive performance, poorer non-verbal than verbal altered styles disorder related stimuli, perceptual processing impairment discriminating body images, weaknesses central coherence, set shifting at low weight status, decision-making weaknesses, greater resources required working memory; Systems Social Processes-patients appear have a different response faces, perception understanding self others. Hence, there is suggest that specific performance style across tasks domains functioning. Some current controversies areas future development are identified.
