摘要: Six adjacent metaphases, each with the same cytogenetic aberration of a group D chromosome, most probably No. 14, were observed in field slide from 96-hour culture lymphocytes an individual ataxia-telangiectasia (AT). None 304 orther metaphases examined this or other simultaneous cultures showed such aberration. It seems likely that “in situ” marked clone has been and supports interpretation consistent abnormalities those AT as having clonal origin. The method preparation employed which involves placing, rather than dropping, cell suspension on may facilitate detection clones.
