摘要: Isolation and cultivation of stem progenitor cells human embryos fetuses at the age 7–12 weeks gestation have been described. The embryonic brain formed neurospheres with heterogenous composition. Cell differentiation took place not only in presence serum or as a result attachment neurosphere to sublayer, but also floating mitogens. In most neurospheres, nestin-immunopositive were located near surface while stained for β-tubulin III glial fibrillar acid protein, compact groups inside neurospheres.
