摘要: Adhesion proteins are responsible for the structural integrity of epithelial tissue and in tumors this is often lost, resulting a disorganization tissue. In present study complexity invasive front colon carcinomas was correlated with cell adhesion protein expression polymorphisms their genes. A index constructed from 32 using computer-assisted morphometry estimating fractal dimension tumor clusters followed by tree analysis. Immunohistochemical staining beta-catenin, E-cadherin, occludin claudin 2 used assessment expression. Genetic screening invasion laser microdissection performed SSCP DNA sequencing. distribution significantly disturbed most carcinomas. single mutation gene beta-catenin found but there no correlation between genetic polymorphism. Nor any border or alterations. The results indicate that carcinoma not dependent on derangements genes distribution. Rather, aberrations function other related to adhesive could be responsible.
