摘要: Abstract The aim of the present study was to asses formation solid forms between 5-fluorouracil chemotherapy drug and anthelmintic piperazine. Two new antineoplastic agent with piperazine were obtained by liquid assisted ball milling slurry crystallization methods. N H hydrogen bonding donors C = O acceptors allow form co-crystals other drugs delivering improved properties for medical applications, as proved compounds pharmaceutical interest. Both investigated using X-ray powder diffraction (XRD), differential thermal analysis (DTA) Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) spectroscopy.
