摘要: In order to stay in business the long term, companies need develop more sustainable products. This creates a demand for ways influence product sustainability at early stages development. has been studied through literature surveys and action research carried out within materials development project, with aim of developing wood-based replace petroleum-based while ensuring final product. An analysis available impact assessment tools relevant material project showed lack ready-made parameters comparing different types limited resources, like petroleum, land area water, that approaches establishing sets provide specific circumstances are missing. A team-learning process case-specific set was developed. The is intended guide as well be basis comparison new current product. emphasises products, team working or must aware which surrounding world future-oriented factors may have significant impacts on product’s performance. suggests needs developed then translated integrated into each member’s everyday work. Various activities were performed input itself. Experiences from such emphasise challenges involved interacting team, e.g., terms motivating providing meaningful information team.
