摘要: Abstract The interfacial relaxation behaviour of the phospholipid l - α -dipalmitoyl phosphatidyl choline (DPPC) as soluble adsorption layer at water/chloroform interface and spread insoluble monolayer water/air has been investigated. Transient changes area a pendent drop generated by definite volume increments induce relaxations liquid/liquid interface. dynamic tension response to small disturbances equilibrium state were determined using axisymmetric shape analysis (ADSA) technique. From function information on exchange surfactants dilational elasticity are obtained. A Langmuir trough equipped with an oscillating barrier was used investigate monolayer. Harmonic perturbations initiate processes in provide viscosity DPPC for layers different fluid interfaces is discussed.
