摘要: Deformability of nanoparticles might affect their behaviour at biological interfaces. Lipid nanocapsules (LNCs) are semi-solid particles resembling a hybrid polymer and liposomes. LNCs different sizes was modelled by drop tensiometer technique. Two purification methods, dialysis tangential flow filtration (TFF), were applied to study experimental deformability in order evaluate if these properties contributed membrane passing. Rheological parameters obtained from the analysis suggested decreasing surface with increase diameter. Dialysis results showed that up 10% can be lost during process (e.g. accumulation) but no clear evidence passing observed. Instead, initial size distribution could found TFF filtrate although molecular weight cut-off (MWCO) used smaller than LNC
