摘要: A novel single-layer wideband cavity-backed E-shaped microstrip patch antennais proposed. By cutting a U-slot on the and introducing rectangle metallic cavity backed substrate just under patch, proposed antenna can generatevery wide impedance bandwidths. Through two-section line transformer, designed is fed by 50Ω coplanar transmission line. The obtained bandwidth reaches about 47%.
