摘要: The ultrastructural features of sporozoites Lankesterella minima (Apicomplexa) from erythrocytes the bullfrog (Rana catesbeiana) and salivary cells leech vector (Batracobdella picta) were compared. Two notable differences observed. Firstly, intraerythrocytic more regular in outline usually assumed a slightly flexed position within closely applied parasitophorous vacuole. Sporozoites irregular shape often reflexed sharply their mid or posterior region. Secondly, although both hosts contained pre- post-nuclear dense bodies, these numerous approximately twice diameter parasites leech. These morphological may reflect maturation attainment infectivity tissues vector.
