摘要: SYNOPSIS. The ultrastructure of Lankesterella hylae was studied and numerous points similarity to Plasmodium, Toxoplasma, Sarcocystis garnhami were found. protozoa intracellular lay within vacuoles containing vesicles, unusual membrane formations dense granular material. parasite invested by a double had micropyle, as well membranous processes extending from the surface. At anterior end conoid apical rings. cell contained nucleus, nucleolus, bipolar paranuclear or bodies, series microtubules beneath pellicle, endoplasmic reticulum, mitochondria, toxonemes variety vacuoles. In addition, particles, similar those related scattered throughout cytoplasm. The vesicles in periparasitic striking observations possibly nutrition parasite.
