摘要: Product first, manufacturing system second. While companies in fact make their profits by selling products, the successful development and proper functioning of both product need to be ensured. This consideration poses a challenge that must met joint effort because are two technical systems mutually affect each other. They do so not only inside factory building, but also on drawing board, before final design is determined. With an emphasis mutual effect between product, this thesis addresses co-development systems. It follows idea conducting based strategy for managing change variety, called platform. Rather than just regarding reuse physical parts, considers platform approach involves definition generic resources, such as systems, interfaces, functions. The allows description products with information about how they may produce variety enable flexibility. Based several industrial studies, explores platforms can devised or both. elaborates described defining platforms. Specifically, it proposes integrated model combines function-means trees, component structures, operations, interactions. expanded over time used continually derive variants. Thus, helps manage
