摘要: The diagnosis of Cushing’s syndrome requires a high degree suspicion and this may lead to testing patients with some, but not all, features hypercortisolism due causes other than adrenal/pituitary dysfunction. Indeed, conditions such as depression, alcoholism, obesity polycystic ovary be accompanied by Cushing’s-like physical biochemical changes are therefore grouped under the heading “pseudoCushing”.
