摘要: We report a new approach based on the Monte Carlo method, to analyze gene conversion. With this, we have examined 235 somatic mutations in chicken Vλ and found that about 75% of significantly correlated with donor sequences 25 pseudo genes (set C) versus 25% did not N). The RGYW TAA consensus mutational hotspots were earlier revealed mammalian V genes. Analysis for correlation between showed set N correlating (P(W < Wrandom) 0.01) C not. Based further statistical analysis, suggest there must be at least two mechanisms responsible hypermutagenesis gene: conversion another, which accounts elevated frequencies sequences.
