摘要: Colonization of legume roots by compatible soil bacteria the genera Azorhizobium, Bradyrhizobium, Mesorhizobium, Rhizobium and Sinorhizobium (collectively known as rhizobia) leads to formation specialized nitrogen-fixing organs called nodules. Signals produced both partners control specificity. Flavonoids found in root exudates trigger expression rhizobial genes (nod, nol, noe) required for nodulation (Fellay et al., 1995). Many nod loci are involved synthesis secretion Nod-factors, a family complex lipo-chito-oligosaccharides (Hanin 1998b; Denarie 1996). Nod-factors initiate division nodule meristems permit entry rhizobia into host-plant (Relic 1994).
