摘要: Transient receptor potential canonical channel-6 (TRPC6) forms Ca(2+)-permeable non-selective cation channels in neurons. Although TRPC6 plays an important role neurite outgrowth and neuronal survival during development, expression profiles available to identify distinctive hippocampal damage excitability epilepsy are less defined. As compared normal animals, was down-regulated chronic epileptic rats showing spontaneous recurrent seizures. knockdown increased seizure susceptibility, ratio paired-pulse inhibition the dentate gyrus (DG) of animals. Furthermore, promoted programmed necrosis granule cells, but prevented it CA1 CA3 neurons following status epilepticus. The present data suggest for first time that may inhibit susceptibility vulnerability rat DG.
