摘要: Anti-neutrophil antibodies are a well-recognized cause of neutropenia, producing potential increase in risk infection: the majority patients react against antigens located on IgG Fc receptor type 3b (FcRIIIb), but other target have been identified. In this review most important papers auto and alloimmune neutropenias infancy childhood were analyzed. PubMed, Google Scholar Thompson ISI Web Knowledge searched for identifying relevant papers. Primary autoimmune neutropenia is mostly benign condition with self-limited course, whereas isolated neonatal or secondary may be occasionally complicated by severe infections. Granulocyte colony stimulating factor an effective therapy affected all types even though them do not need any therapy.
