摘要: Autoimmune neutropenia (AIN) in childhood is characterized by chronic and positivity for anti-neutrophil antibodies, resulting the excessive destruction of neutrophils. In this study, we investigated involvement regulatory T cells (Tregs ) pathogenesis AIN childhood. Tregs have been classified into three subpopulations based on expressions CD45RA forkhead box protein 3 (FoxP3): resting , activated non-suppressive . The frequency (CD4+ CD25+ FoxP3high CD45RA- cells) as well that total FoxP3+ peripheral blood was significantly decreased patients with AIN. Analysis cell receptor (TCR)-Vβ repertoire CD4+ revealed skewed usages compared observed age-matched control subjects. Regarding subsets, use four 24 TCR-Vβ families one conventional were increased number who showed family higher than reported When preference between each individually compared, different prominently 9 These results suggest quantitative abnormalities skew cells, including may be related to autoantibody production through a human neutrophil antigen-reactive clone.
