摘要: Summary In an attempt to clarify the relationship between ras oncogene expression and clinico-pathological features of malignant premalignant lesions stomach we undertook immunohistochemical study gene p21 product in a series eighty gastric carcinomas their respective adjacent mucosas. two cases mRNA Ha-ras was also studied by situ hybridization. The majority as well non-neoplastic mucosas expressed product. There significant morphologic pattern tumours. An enhanced found several conditions regarded precursor intestinal and!or diffuse types carcinoma (dysplasia, foveolar hyperplasia even neck zone normal-appearing glands, namely mucosa carcinomas). Ras actually more prominent most these than carcinomas. No invasiveness wall, nodal metastases venous invasion.
