摘要: The authors studied the expression of c-myc and ras family oncogene products in 43 cases malignant lymphoma (ML) using immunoperoxidase method. Unfixed frozen sections lymph nodes from four patients with Hodgkin's disease 39 non-Hodgkin's lymphoma, together normal nodes, were by avidin-biotin-peroxidase complex (ABC) technique. Two monoclonal antibodies, MYC-2 raised against recombinant human protein (reacting specifically P62 P67) RASK-4 (raised P21 reacting ras-family product P21) used. was detected nuclei ML cells some normal, mainly germinal center, lymphocytes. When staining intensity shown germinal-center lymphocytes graded as positive (+) or weakly (+/-), a very intensely reaction ( to ++) observed 37 (86%) ML, (9.3%), (+/-) two (4.7%). (++) (4.7%), 16 (37.2%), 13 (30.2%), negative 12 (27.9%). Western blot analysis confirmed an elevated level cases, which showed intense staining, one case, demonstrated staining. enhanced these gene may play important role lymphomagenesis such cases.
