摘要: SUMMARY All five L-amino acids tested (L-serine, L-lysine, L-leucine, L-cysteine and L-arginine) were used by Chlamydomonas reinhardtii as sole nitrogen source. Among these, L-Cys was special it has not been reported before. While these amino could be in the dark only presence of acetic acid, conditions light they support growth C. reinhardtii without supplementation acid. When cultured TAP-N medium, chlorophyll content found to lower dark, but higher for cells grown with L-Arg than other four acids. Exogenously supplied L-Ser L-Lys did accumulate cells, demonstrating that supplying ammonium from activity an extracellular deaminase. Further results showed induction deaminase required a period starvation, regardless medium containing acid or not. Results also uptake similar L-Leu, most likely via passive diffusion. L-Leu together nitrogen-starved absorption affect L-Leu.
