摘要: When grown in the light and a Tris-acetate phosphate medium, cells of Chlamydomonas reinhardtii Dang. can use following l-amino acids as sole nitrogen source: asparagine, glutamine, arginine, lysine, alanine, valine, leucine, isoleucine, serine, methionine, histidine, phenylalanine, whereas, absence acetate, only used l-arginine. The utilization system acetate medium consisted an extracellular deaminating activity induced by acids; it took between 10 to 30 h before appeared previously with ammonium. This deaminase was nonspecific, required organic carbon source for its de-novo synthesis, sensitive high ammonium concentration deprivation.
