摘要: Benzo(a)pyrene (BaP) and dichlorodiphenyltrichloroethane (DDT) are persistent organic pollutants environmental estrogens (EEs) with known toxicity towards the green mussel, Perna viridis. In this study, toxic effects of BaP (10 µg/L) DDT their mixture were assessed in mussel gills proteomic metabolomic approaches. Metabolic responses indicated that mainly caused disturbance osmotic regulation by significantly decrease branched chain amino acids, dimethylamine dimethylglycine male mussels after exposure for 7 days. energy metabolism differential alteration betaine, dimethylamine, dimethylglycine, succinate mussels. However, didn't show obvious metabolite changes. Proteomic analysis showed different protein expression profiles between treatment groups, which demonstrated BaP, may have modes action. revealed induced cell apoptosis, digestion mussels, whereas altered proteins associated oxidative stress, cytoskeleton structure, metabolism. affected related to biosynthesis modification, metabolism, growth apoptosis.
