摘要: This paper is an effort towards illustrating the use of expert panel (EP) as a mean eliciting knowledge from group enterprise resource planning (ERP) experts exploratory research. The development cost estimation model (CEM) for ERP adoptions very crucial research and practice, that was main reason behind willingness to participate in this EP beneficial it involved various data collection visualisation techniques, well validation confirmation. Beside its advantages, one motives using technique difficult find representative sample casual survey method, consultants are rare find, especially scope SMEs’ implementations. It worth noting reached consensus regarding results EP. modified enhanced initial drivers (CD) list largely, they added, modified, merged split different costs drivers. In addition, added CF (sub-factors) could influence or affect each driver. Moreover, ranked CD according their weight on total costs. All helped authors better understand relationships among CF.
