Validating the Process-Modelling Practice Model

摘要: The paper revises an existing model of process-modelling practice and uses it in explorative survey Norwegian model-based process-change projects. A central hypothesis is confirmed: there a positive relationship between modelling processes project outcome, where process measured terms management support, lack resistance, in-project training types.
