摘要: The paper revises an existing model of process-modelling practice and uses it in explorative survey Norwegian model-based process-change projects. A central hypothesis is confirmed: there a positive relationship between modelling processes project outcome, where process measured terms management support, lack resistance, in-project training types. In particular, support are robust predictors outcome. Practical theoretical implications presented discussed. Important paths for further work include improving instrument validity elaborating the research by including other organisational social dimensions behaviour effects. Cross-national studies also called for.
