摘要: Because of their unique optical and stimuli-response properties, polydiacetylene-based platforms have been explored as an alternative to complex mechanical electrical sensing systems. We linked chromic responsive polydiacetylene (PDA) onto a peptide-based molecular recognition element for trinitrotoluene (TNT) molecules in order provide system capable responding the presence TNT target. first identified trimer peptide receptor that could induce changes on PDA backbone. then investigated multivalent interactions between our by nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) spectroscopy. further characterized various parameters affected conjugated hence response, including size end-group motifs, surface density receptors, length alkane side chains. Taking these necessary design into account, we demonstrated modular transducing small-molecule binding detectable signal. Our PDA-based sensor coupled with elements has already proven useful recently development another sensitive selective electronic sensor, though expect results will also be valuable colorimetric sensors detection.
