摘要: Purpose – The purpose of this paper is to examine the moderating influence communication satisfaction on association between individual‐job congruence and both job performance satisfaction.Design/methodology/approach Moderated regression analysis was used assess data collected from 302 employees addressing research variables scope, growth need strength, with communication, performance, satisfaction.Findings Satisfaction received weak support as a moderator model; nevertheless, it strong main predictor satisfaction.Research limitations/implications Low statistical power frequently reflected by moderated may explain moderator.
