摘要: The processes by which genetic variation in complex traits is generated and maintained populations has for a long time been treated abstract statistical terms. As consequence, quantitative genetics provided limited insights into our understanding of the molecular bases trait variation. With developing technological conceptual tools systems biology, cellular are being described greater detail. While we have good description how signaling other networks organized cell, still do not know affects these pathways, because biology usually ignore type extent found natural populations. Here discuss approaches study architecture why two disciplines would synergize with each to answer questions that neither could alone.
