Degenerate conical emissions in atomic-sodium vapor

摘要: Degenerate conical emissions that appear in laser-pumped atomic sodium have been reported. The cones for both single- and double-pump geometries. nonlinear medium is a small, high-density sodium-seeded flame. Earlier work relates the to process of degenerate phase conjugation extended. analysis single-pump phenomenon formally related amplified spontaneous emission. case analogous distributed-feedback laser. Theory experiment are presented discussed.
