摘要: Silicon carbide nanoparticle-reinforced nickel metal (Ni-SiCNP composite) samples were bombarded by helium ions with fluences of 1 x 10(16) and 3 ions/cm(2) at two different fluxes. The microstructural mechanical changes characterized via TEM nanoindentation. Nano-scaled bubbles in the shape spheres observed irradiated high flux polygons low flux. number increased fluence, whereas their mean size remained unaffected. In addition, nanohardness damage layer also as fluence increased. addition this study suggests that a higher results smaller bubbles, while showing no obvious effect on irradiation-induced hardening materials.
