摘要: An experimental investigation of passenger car disc brake noise has been made using the double pulsed laser holographic technique, developed to allow simultaneous recording three orthographic visual images a vibrating system. Mechanical measurements parameters such as surface strain, torque, pad deflections, pressure and complement for both continuous intermittent enable phase relationships component parts be determined. Visual vibrational characteristics noisy show in bending mode with diametral modes. The is seen vibrate variety modes bending, torsion often combination that end flutter shown make significant contribution system noise. A series holograms emitting first an then waveform not stationary it moving respect calliper disc. Fringe movement take place when single hologram viewed from different positions which provides supporting evidence space. Most recent tests does rotate about at rate equivalent frequency vibration divided by order.
