摘要: Over the past two decades, resource-based view of firm (RBV) has emerged as one more influential paradigms from field strategic management. However, theory been subjected to a number criticisms, particularly related use methodologies in research. Many RBV studies have tended averaged findings across broad industry samples. Approaches reliant on "averaging" methods will only uncover what is case for average, "representative" firm, and not identify those unique, firm-specific assets that can result sustained profitability. In order examine implications methodological choice RBV, subjective approach Q methodology was used sample music firms key resource set context interest, groups within based emphasis, explore ways which managers their resources generate profits.
