摘要: Secretory-type Na-K-2Cl cotransporter (NKCC1) is known to play roles in both acid and sodium excretion, more abundant dehydration. To determine the mechanisms by which dehydration stimulates NKCC1 expression, effects of vasopressin, oxytocin hyperosmolality on mRNA protein expressions outer medullary collecting duct (OMCD) rats were investigated using RT-competitive PCR western blot analysis. Microdissected OMCD was incubated isotonic or hypertonic solution, with AVP for 60 min at 37 degrees C. Hyperosmolality induced NaCl, mannitol raffinose increased expression 130-240% vitro.
