摘要: Deficiency of factor XII was first identified by Ratnoff and Colopy (1955) in a patient whose surname, Hageman, has been the eponym for this protein. The prolonged vitro blood clotting observed not associated with an vivo hemostatic disorder suggesting that alternative mode activation system must be present vivo. Several hundred cases Hageman trait have since described reviewed (Ratnoff, 1966). This protein deficiency occurs through autosomal recessive inheritance (Margolius Ratnoff, 1956). Thus complete only when two abnormal alleles are (Kaper et al., 1968). A bimodal distribution concentrations found study 50 heterozygotes (Veltkamp 1965) at least normal control production factor. life span circulation transfused is 40–50h (Fantl 1961).
