摘要: Trimming of input offset voltage a diferential amplifier is provided by pair resistance networks which are connected to the emitters current mirror transistors. By adjusting resistances networks, adjustment currents flowing through transistors selected cancel out differential amplifier. Each network includes plurality resistors in series with low shorting link parallel each resistances. The trimmed selectively cutting links two-phase measure and trim process.
