摘要: Abstract Graphene is a promising material with number of unique properties. One these properties self-healing, so graphene coatings can be great addition for plasma facing material. The samples on copper substrate were prepared using chemical vapor deposition (CVD). irradiation was performed He+ and Ar+ ions fluencies in the range from 1012 to 1016 ion/cm2 100 keV energy at three sample temperatures: room temperature, 300 °C, 400 °C. Defects irradiated studied Raman spectroscopy. A decrease formation defects during heated found. resulting areal density compared SRIM simulation.
