摘要: A stem-loop probe for single nucleotide polymorphism (SNP) genotyping of individual SNP nucleic acid target sequences comprises first (1), second (2), and third (3) stranded portions. The portion (2) is located between the (1) portions build a double stranded, intramolecular stem (10). forms oligonucleotide loop (20) with sequence that complementary to sequences. chosen such perfect match probe/target hybrids have melting point Tm at least 5 °C higher than T m mismatched hybrids. comprise 3' or 5' end configured as an A, T, C nucleotide, which non-quenched fluorophore conjugated.
