摘要: In this work we look at the quantum dynamics of process known as either transport without transit, or coherent transfer atomic population, a Bose–Einstein condensate from one well lattice potential to another, non-adjacent well, macroscopic occupation between two. This has previously been analysed and in extend those analyses by considering effects statistics on entanglement properties modes two relevant wells. order do this, go beyond mean-field analysis Gross–Pitaevskii type approach utilize phase-space stochastic methods so optics. particular, use exact positive-P representation where it is suitable, approximate truncated Wigner otherwise. We find strong agreement results these methods, with not depending initial states trapped condensate. that depend strongly states, quantitatively different found for Fock states. Comparison gives us confidence delivers accurate system thus useful method collisional nonlinearity increases fail converge.
