Magnetic domain structure in a ferromagnetic shape memory alloy Ni51Fe22Ga27 studied by electron holography and Lorentz microscopy

摘要: Behaviors of magnetic domains with cooling in a Ni51Fe22Ga27 ferromagnetic shape memory alloy were examined by electron holography and Lorentz microscopy. A peculiar meshy pattern was observed the microscope image parent phase, being concurrent anomaly thermomagnetization curve. The found to stem from heavily bent lines flux. dramatic change is presumably due some intrinsic instability that pronounced cooling, rather than phenomenon triggered lattice modulation as precursor effect martensitic transformations or formation intermediate phase other systems.
