摘要: We have developed a method for using short (30-42 base pair) synthetic oligonucleotide DNA probes in Northern blot assays. The involves labeling the to high specific activity, very stringent hybridization and wash conditions, presence of several inhibitors nonspecific binding buffer. tested this with obtained from local commercial sources. results every probe used were signal-to-noise ratios an exposure time range 30 min 7 days.
