摘要: A technique has been developed for the selective extraction of plasma membrane protein constituents from normal and transformed cells employing non-ionic detergents. The procedure does not damage as judged by cell viability, 51Cr release, trypan blue staining. Lactoperoxidase-catalyzed iodina- tion followed detergent permits demonstration a 100 000 dalton which is found on surface but hamster mouse fibroblasts.
