摘要: Abstract A protein immunologically identical to a glycoprotein antigen from fibroblast plasma membrane (SF complex) is present in chicken serum. This disappears cells transformed with tumor viruses. The solubilized fibroblasts using urea and detergents, the serum component both gave molecular weight of about 2 · 105 as estimated by gel filtration on Sepharose 4B.
