摘要: Localization of activated natural killer (A-NK) cells in the microvasculature growing tumors is result recognition intracellular and vascular cell-adhesion molecules ICAM-1 VCAM-1 on tumor endothelium, mediated by lymphocyte function-associated protein LFA-1 VLA-4. In vitro vivo studies A-NK cell adhesion to endothelial showed that growth factor (VEGF) promotes adhesion, whereas basic fibroblast (bFGF) inhibits through regulation these vasculature. Thus, some angiogenic factors may facilitate vessels, others provide such vessels with a mechanism protects them from cytotoxic lymphocytes.
