摘要: Abstract Twelve pregnant women were examined by urethral pressure profile measurement and simultaneous urethrocystometry early in pregnancy (weeks 12 to 16), the thirty-eighth week, 5 7 days after delivery. All patients reported symptoms of stress incontinence starting at an gestational age. It was found that incontinent women, compared 14 continent, healthy from whom measurements obtained earlier, had shorter lengths. Furthermore, no increase length during registered among whereas such did occur continent women. In contrast a low closure rest this not appear sufficiently compensate for progressive bladder pregnancy. As result therefore, decreased more situations as progressed, resulting increased leakage urine.
