摘要: Abstract The objective of this study was to determine the effect a marathon run on serum lipid and lipoprotein concentrations muscle enzyme activities follow their recovery after run. These blood were measured before, immediately after, serially in 15 male recreational runners. triglyceride level significantly elevated postrace, then fell 30% below baseline 1 day run, returned week. Total cholesterol responded less dramatically but with similar pattern. High-density remained low-density transiently reduced for 3 days total cholesterol/high-density ratio lowered days.
